To educate Sedgwick clinical and claims colleagues on the service delivery of our clinical programs; to break down barriers of communication identified in the process. 


  • Reviews trends in clinical products for training opportunities.
  • Identifies opportunities for training, gaps in understanding, and develops training tools as necessary.
  • Provides the necessary training and coaching to ensure improved program results.
  • Measures colleague performance post-training and provides feedback to team leads.
  • Works with individual clinical and claims colleagues to achieve optimal client program results.
  • Maintains working knowledge of the clinical pharmacy programs and how they work enterprise-wide.
  • Conducts workshops (in person and web-based) to review the opportunities for program improvements with claims team and clinical.
  • Runs reports and analyzes data to ensure optimal client results.
  • Develops training and mentoring schedule of events based on needs analysis.
  • May oversee internship program. 


  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Supports the organization's quality program(s).
  • Travels as required. 


Education & Licensing 

Bachelor's degree from accredited college or registered nurse (RN) license with workers' compensation claims experience preferred. 


Six (6) years of claim or clinical case management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Knowledge of pharmacy benefit programs and common pharmacy issues, along with training or sales experience, preferred. 

Skills & Knowledge 

  • Ability to develop training needs assessment and develop training as indicated by the assessment
  • Ability to create and deliver engaging presentations
  • Ability to analyze reports and identify trends
  • Ability to collaborate with claims and clinical colleagues/teams
  • Knowledge of claims compliance
  • Strong oral and written communication, including presentation skills
  • PC literate, including Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies
